4/24 Sandor Ellis Katz Lecture in NYC

sandor-katz-fermentation_body_largeThe author of next month’s book read, Sandor Ellis Katz, will be giving a lecture at the American Museum of Natural History at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. According to the website, “Joined by Eleanor Sterling, co-curator of Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture, Katz will delve into the healing qualities and nutritional importance of live-culture ferments, as well as their integral role in human cultural evolution. A book signing to follow.” Cost: $30 a ticket.
